If you got this error when you try to log in forum:
"Sorry, but you've reached your login attempts threshold. Please wait 30 seconds and try again later."
What you need to do is clean your browser cookie.
How to do it?
A easiest way is download a CCleaner, run it.

CCleaner will clean the useless stuff on your computer.

After that, you can log in forum no problem.
