试试当个MANAGER

坐家妈妈都是MANAGER，可惜EMPLOYEE是我们生的，不是招来的，辞退不了，也不能辞职。那就在自己孩子身上先练练当MANAGER。当了领导，就能体会自己领导的心意，自然容易做个好兵。
