工作两周总结汇报

本来周五才是整两周，但本周末是4天的长周末，而且明天只需要完成本周工作的Documentation, 所以今晚提前写总结汇报。第一周setup the workstation: SQL Server 2005, Oracle Client, TOAD, Business Objects, Crystal Reports, 看到了吧--老师找工的指导方针Business Intelligence Tools. 第二周Created a cube to analysis a table with 1,000,000+ records.  大部分的时间是用来clean-up and reorganized tables because the production database system was created in 1970's. 明天要写Documentation，不能和大家分享，但我可以汇报一下工作流程。Created dimension tables, fact tables, extracting data from another server and loading into these tables by using SSIS packages.  Built a cube, created hierarchy and attributes' relationships, don't forget the last step--browser the cube and enjoy it.
